HabitatRocky, dry northeast-facing slopes, bedrock apparently granitic - metamorphic; soil sandy, with gravel and large boulders.; Western Sonoran Desert scrub, including Eriogonum fasciculatum, Sphaeralcea ambigua, Mirabilis bigelovii, Eriodictyon crassifolium, Bernardia, Prosopis.; Delicate, weak-stemmed prostrate herb; moist shaded area under large boulder.
