population biologyA few prostrate plants...Inflorescence a light grayish straw color. Leaves light green, lighter still and more bluish green beneath (almost whitish on midrib and veins beneath). Stems striate or lineate, a pale dull purplish pink alternating with an off-white. Some neighbors were Bromus, Cynodon, Sonchus, and Hordeum.
