HabitatSteep bouldery granitic slope with chaparral; limited coastal sage scrub at foot of slope; gentle slope with basalt substrate and grass, perennial grassland on valley bottom. Loam soil throughout. Minor draingeways on valley bottom, mostly showing recent erosion (small arroyo formation, heaward cutting ) due to surrounding development and alteration of runoff volume, some cut down to granite bedrock in places.
