Locality Vernal pools at extreme NE margin of Cuyamaca Lake, ca. 10m west of Sunrise Highway (S-1), and 0.3km south of intersection of S-1 and State Route 79.

HabitatHerbaceous, low-growing vernal pool community. Dominant species include Plagiobothrys sp., Downingia concolor var brevior, and Lasthenia gracilis.
