HabitatA narrow rocky canyon and stream in a burnt forest with a few remaining stands of Pinus jeffreyi and also with Salix, Rosa californica, Ceanothus cordulatus, Artemisia ludoviciana, Scirpus, Scutellaria, Calystegia occidentalis, Erysimum capitatum, Eriogonum davidsonii, Penstemon grinnellii, Gayophytum diffusum ssp. parviflorum and Lactuca serriola.
