HabitatA steep narrow rocky canyon with Pinus monophylla, Juniperus osteosperma, Holodiscus microphyllus, Artemisia, Rhus trilobata, Yucca schidigera, Nolina parryi, Tetradymia argyraea, Ephedra viridis, Trixis californica, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Ericameria cuneata var. spathulata, Eriogonum umbellatum var. juniporinum, Penstemon stephensii, and Galium hilendiae ssp. kingstonense.
