|Notes||Perennial vine, some plants flowering first year, growing in open loose sandy terrace in wash, sprawling over ground without host shrubs, most others robust, vining up into wash scrub. E-flowing narrow drainage cut into desert pavement, rocky-sandy soils, metamorphic parent materials. Associates:Larrea, Ambrosia dumosa, Encelia farinosa, Cylindopuntia echinocarpa, Krameria grayi, Pleuraphis rigida, Lupinus arizonicus, Cryptantha barbigera, C. nevadensis, Camissonia boothii condensata, Rafinesquia, and Brassica tournefortii;|
