Locality Camp Pendleton: Romeo III Training Area; east of I-5, north of Las Pulgas Road, and just east of El Camino Real along a dirt road running in the bottom of a canyon.

HabitatDisturbed areas along road and surrounding vegetation. Coastal Sage Scrub with Artemisia californica, Venegasia carpesioides, Malacothmanus fasciculatus, Lotus scoparius var. scoparius, Calystegia macrostegia ssp. arida, Malosma laurina, and Leymus condensatus. Mostly sedimentary and gravel along road.
