Notes | <coords cont.: NE1/4 of SE1/4>; Few plants seen, near top of ridge. Most Pinus jeffreyi burned over by the Butler Peak fire. Associate species include: Salix lasiolepis ( by creek), Quercus chrysolepis, Fremontodendron californicum, Ceanothus greggii, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius parishii, Eriophyllum confertiflorum, Penstemon grinnellii, Scutellaria siphocampyloides, Eriogonum umbellatum, E. wrightii subscaposum, E. parishii, E. davidsonii, Sisymbrium altissimum, Allium burlewii, Viola purpurea, Lomatium nevadense parishii, Frasera neglecta, Stipa occidentalis, S. parishii, Bromus tectorum, Melica stricta, Muhlenbergia rigens (bench above creek), and Carex alma (along creeks that drain between this ridge).
