HabitatWet seep on 32-degree N-facing slope. Mixed coniferous forest with Calocedrus, Alnus, Pinus, Abies. Shady wet areas thick with Pteridium, Scirpus, Equisetum, Stachys, Fragaria, Urtica, Rubrus, Thalictrum, Geranium, Carex, and Mimulus spp. Many dead and recently fallen trees.
