Started by saddle southeast of Pelato near 34.91715N, 119.40225W. Traveled north, east of the peak, then finished at Cerro Noroeste Road, near 34.93626N, 119.40217W. |

Notes | <coords cont.: , 23E 1/2 of 26, SE1/4 of 23>; Grassy area near start by saddle, had Bromus spp. The drainage had more steeper slopes with open patches of shaley talus between shrubs of Juniperus californica, Ericameria linearifolia, Ribes quercetorum, Solanum umbelliferum incanum, and Ephedra viridis. Near bottom of drainage more flat, with heavy soil, but more alkaline species like Tamarix sp., Distichlis spicata, and Heliotropium curassaricum. Growing on open slopes.; |
