NotesPart shade, +/- level site, fine granitic loam with leaf litter accumulation. Plants on edge of road in open pine woodland, modified by tree thinning, brush clearing. With Pinus jeffreyi, Artemisia tridentata, A. dracunculus, Bromus carinatus, Erysimum capitatum, Quercus chrysolepis, Poa secunda var. secunda, Eriogonum wrightii var. subscaposum, Cercocarpus betuloides, Amorpha californica, Elymus elymoides.pinkish purple flowers.Uncommon.;
