HabitatShallow wide wash, bottom of hard cracking fine sand and clay. No slope. Lower Colorado Valley Sonoran desert scrub, with Larrea tridentata, Ambrosia dumosa, Sphaeralcea ambigua, Aristida purpurea, Pleuraphis rigida, Krameria erecta, Acacia greggii, Phoradendron californicum, Cercidium floridum, Phalaris minor, Euphorbia polycarpa, many annuals.
