current determination (uncorrected): Amsinckia menziesii var. intermedia
NotesLocally abundant annual in former tomato planting; fls. yellow. Fls. distinctly longer and larger diam. than in assoc. retrorsa, but color hardly different; plants clearly earlier flowering than retrorsa. Most plants dead or moribund, while retrorsa was all green and not much advanced into fruit.;
