Notes | General collecting started from a slight decline bench south of the ridgeline. This bench had Juniperus californica as the most dominant species, with some Pinus monophylla and Yucca whipplei, which almost all succumb to a fire in the fall of 2004. Along this bench and down (south) into canyon had alot of trash left from shooting (rifle range), and dumping. Winters rains had a impact, with strong debris flow. Post fire bloom was very nice at this time. Along ridge.; |
