Locality Santa Rosa Plateau, hills west of headwaters of De Luz Creek, 50 acre parcel on east side Avenida La Cresta south of Sierra Elena Rd., ca 0.5 mi. N of Tenaja Rd.

HabitatLargely undisturbed parcel with open grassland dominant but with significant patches of oak woodland, chaparral and coastal sage. There is a dried pond, formed by daming a canyon, on the south side of the parcel. Area becoming developed with scattered large houses and this parcel proposed for subdivision.
