NotesGeneral collecting along canyon bottom and slopes. Granitic rocky slopes and rocky sandy canyon bottoms. With some nice benches above canyon. Plant associates are; Larrea tridentata, Ambrosia dumosa, Fouquieria splendens, Opuntia basilaris, Encelia farinosa, Olneya tesota, Acacia greggii, Cercidium floridum, Ephedra aspera, and Hyptis emoryi. Plus many annuals. Plants immature in sandy canyon bottom looks to be F. califonica.;
