HabitatHeavily grazed and modified roadside spring with water tank and trough. 5? SW-facing meadow-like drainage on pumice soil over basalt bedrock. Wet areas dominated by Carex nebrascensis, closely surrounded by Populus tremuloides woodland. Uplands of Pinus jeffryi forest with Artemisia tridentata / Purshia tridentata understory.
