Locality Glass Mountain Region: Solitary basaltic cone, appx. 1 mi. SE of Glass Mtn. Ridge. The most southern of Glass Mtn. peaks and ridges (aka Cone Peak).

HabitatExposed conical peak of coarse brown basaltic cobbles and outcrops. Windblown dwarfed open vegetation of Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Symphoricarpos rotundifolius, Eriogonum umbellatum, Artemisia tridentata, Leptodactylon pungens, Achnatherum hymenoides, Koeleria macrantha, Ribes, and a few dwarfed Pinus albicaulis.
