Locality Northwest side of mountains: North of La Tuna Canyon road, started at end of Elben Ave. Climbed north to ridgetop, south of McDonald Creek, then east along ridgeline, then we came back down into a small canyon at the end of Elben Place., Just east of where we started.

Notes<coords cont.: center>; Gentle east facing slope near ridgetop, on south facing side of ridge line. Coastal sage influences include: Malosma laurina, Salvia mellifera, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Artemisia californica, Marah macrocarpus macrocarpus, Ceanothus crassifolius, Hirschfeldia incana, Bromus madritensis rubens, Schismus barbatus, Cryptantha microstachys, C. intermedia, Rafinesquia californica, Gnaphalium purpureum, G. stramineum, G. californicum, Chaenactis artemisiifolia, Eucrypta chrysanthemifolia, chrysanthemifolia and Eriastrum sapphirinum.;
