HabitatShady riparian area in deep stream-cut canyon running W-E. Soft pumice alluvium with bishop tuff rhyolite outcrops above. Dense Populus tremuloides woodland with occasional Pinus contorta, Sphenosciadium capitellatum, Rosa woodsii, Senecio triangularis, Equisetum arvense, Salix, Carex, Arnica.
