NotesJust past a saddle along the road, northwest facing slope, on north side of ridge. Looks like a dark reddish soil, (volcanic). Associated with: Rhus integrifolia, Artemisia californica, Malosma laurina, Heteromeles arbutifolia, Lotus scoparius, Eriophyllum confertiflorum, Lessingia filaginifolia, Ribes malvaceum, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Marah macrocarpus, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Keckiella cordifolia, Salvia mellifera, Sambucus mexicana, Prunus ilicifolia, Mimulus aurantiacus, Helianthus gracilentus and Melica imperfecta. Shrub about 10 feet tall with pinkish fruit.;
