HabitatRocky canyon with polished bedrock along intermittent stream; slopes above with burned chaparral (ca. 3 yrs. ago) with Rhus laurina, Adenostoma f., Eriogonum fas., Rhamnus il., Quercus cedrosensis, Cneoridium, Malacothamnus, Brickellia ca., etc. Canyon bottom with Cupressus, Juncus, Muhklenbergia rig., Baccharis sal., B. sarath., Mimulus gut., Asclepias fascic., and various chaparral species.
