Associated with: Salvia mellifera, Malosma laurina, Lotus scoparius, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Heteromeles arbutifolia, Artemisia californica, Lessingia filaginifolia, Clarkia unguiculata, Erodium cicutarium, Eriogonum fasciculatum, E. elongatum, Cercocarpus betuloides, Mimulus aurantiacus, Eriophyllum confertiflorum, Silene laciniata, Prunus ilicifolia, Melica imperfecta, Isocoma, and a little more shady areas had: Quercus agrifolia, Umbellularia californica, and Toxicodendron diversilobum
