NotesShrub, ca. 1.5 m tall; fls yellow, but most plants not yet in fl. Common to abundant in alluvial scrub. Major habitats are alluvial wash (Low cover of Lepidospartum squamatum, Eriogonum fasciculatum, etc.; higher cover on mature benches); riparian (Salix lasiolepis, Ageratina adenophora, etc.); and weedy roadside lots.;
