Habitat | Gently sloping alluvial benches contrasting sharply with steep slopes. Soils derived from decomposed granite. Slopes with scrub of Adenostoma fasciculatum, Quercus wislizenii, Cercocarpus betuloides, Prunus ilicifolia, Rhamnus ilicifolia, scattered Pinus sabiniana; benches dominated by herbaceous elements with scattered Eriogonum fasciculatum, Ribes quercetorum, Senecio flaccidus var. douglasii, Chrysothamnus nauseosus and Pinus sabiniana. |
