HabitatIn an area of gentle relief composed of a mosaic of open grasslands and chaparral. Open grasslands and chaparral of Quercus berberidifolia, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Gutierrezia californica, Arctostaphylos rainbowensis, Lomatium dasycarpum, Avena barbata, etc. Gabbro substrate with clay soil; aspect SW; slope 20%.
