HabitatAnthropogenically disturbed site; native vegetation (based on vegetation on the adjacent slopes) was originally pinyon-juniper woodland with some desert transition chaparral elements, namely Pinus monophylla, Juniperus californica, Prunus ilicifolia, Ephedra nevadensis, Grayia spinosa, Yucca whipplei caespitosa, Purshia t. glandulosa, Krasheninnikovia lanata, etc.
