HabitatSeasonally flooded alkaline playa developed along indistinct runoff channels of Salt Creek. The entire area used in the past as pasture land and the eastern portion plowed in the recent past. Alkali grassland and herbland of Hordeum intercedens, Lasthenia california, Lepidium dictyotum, Dechampsia danthonioides, Psilocarphus brevissimus, etc.
