Notes<coords cont.: NW1/4 NW1/4 SW1/4>; Scattered plants growing on mesic, partially shaded WNW slopes about 50 meters NE of the spring in association with mixed population of C. bottae, C. cylindrica, and C. dudleyana. Rachis erect; buds drooping; petals magente violet with claw purplish-red; anthers dimorphic, the four longer ones orangish-red.;
