NotesPond on E side of road. Herb. Forming dense colonies at surface of large pond covering at least 0.8 ha, associated with Lemna minuscula and Lemna gibba with combined density of 12-18 per cm [squared] of water surface. Forming dense masses with Lemna gibba and Lemna minuscula; Distinguished from Lemna by its multiple roots (2-3) and purplish ventral side.;
