Locality On east wall of Goddard Canyon (South Fork of San Joaquin River) just above junction of the two creeks which drain the extension tarn and lake area northwest of 13568' Mt. Goddard.
Elevation 3323m
HabitatMeadow lies between creeks where they converge down back wall corner of the bowl containing the meadow. Gravel slope at bottom of rather large west facing pocket meadow. Large Pinus albicaulis at outlet of medow and above on its north wall.
