|Notes||Fine sand in damp, low spot; with Gilia minor, G. latiflora in rosette stage. Corolla colors vivid; herbage bright green. Calyx lobes bright red, flat in cross section. Corolla lobes bright pinkish violet with narrow rim of white at orifice; tube purple, throat yellow in lower part, violet above but with white sinus veins.;|
