NotesFirm sandy soil; Shadscale scrub with Gilia minor and G. sinuata. Corolla lobes pinkish violet except white near orifice; corolla tube and lower throat deep reddish purple; upper throat same except white at orifice and in sinus veins; streak of violet on midvein descends into throat from base of each lobe; pollen blue to white.;
