Locality San Gorgonio Wilderness area; collecting at High Meadow Springs in the upper watershed of Mill Creek, approximately 0.75 air mile west northwest of Dollar Lake.

HabitatA sloping meadow with margins having Pinus flexilis, Pinus contorta, Arctostaphylos patula, Chrysolepis sempervirens, Ribes roezlii and meadow having Senecio triangularis, Carex senta, C. aurea, Pteridium aquilinum, Cirsium scarosum, Plantanthera leucostachys, Barbarea orthoceras, Drymocallis glandulosa, Mimulus gutattus, Sisyrinchium bellum, Rumex salicifolius, etc. Locally common around spring at head of meadow.
