HabitatFairly steep slopes of carbonate in a burnt forest with Quercus, Fremontodendron californicum, Penstemon grinnellii, Ceanothus cordulatus, Erysimum capitatum, Phlox austromontana, Malacothamnus fremontii, Oxytheca parishii var. goodmaniana, Phacilia hastata, Phacelia fremontii, Caulanthus major, Descurainia pinnata, Cryptantha pterocarya, Malacothrix glabrata, Arabis arcuata, and Bromus tectorum.
