Locality Along Milpitas Wash Road about 1.7 road miles south of Riverside Couny line; northwest end of Palo Verde Mountains, northeast of Tadpole Tanks, south of Coon Hollow Campground, about 2.2 air miles west of Thumb Peak.
Elevation 219m
HabitatFairly large wash and nearby washlets, in rolling hills. Slope 0-20 degrees, aspect varies: S77E, S65E, N16W, due east. Gravel and sand soil. Pleistocene non-marine deposits (alluvium).

Annual, 0.5-1 ft. tall. Locally scattered in fairly dense patches, about 500 plants in the area.;
