Locality South of Mountain Pass off end of Bailey Road, about 0.6 miles from I-15, in the north end of the Mescal Range. About 1100 m northeast of Hardrock Queen Spring.

HabitatRolling hills; area generally sloping about 4 degrees, facing N7W. Gravelly and rocky soil. Wash draining north-northeast. Older Quaternary alluvium in wash; hills of Pre-Cambrian granite augen gneiss complex.
