Associates: Aquilegia sp., Betula occidentalis, Carex scirpoidea var. pseudoscirpoidea, Jamesia americana var. rosea, Kobresia bellardii, Parnassia, parviflora, Pinus flexilis, Sagina saginoides, Salix brachycarpa, and S. reticulata ssp. nivalis.
