NotesSouth facing slope. Full sun. Fine-grained mineral soils. Open Jeffrey pine woodland with Arctostaphylos patula, Eriodictyon trichocalyx. Epilobium canum, Chrysothamnus nauseosus, Pentsemon grinnellii, Pinus jeffreyi, Cercocarpus ledifolius. Petals primarily white. Inner petals with pinkish blush and prominent purplish veins. Rare. Plants observed along 1/4 mile of trail.;
