Locality Bighorn Mountains; an unnamed canyon within the Bighorn Mountains Wilderness area, about 3.25 air miles northwest of Ruby Mountain.

HabitatA fairly narrow canyon with ephemeral springs (all being very dry at this time) with Populus fremontii, Baccharis, Muhlenbergia rigens, Juncus mexicanus, Polypogon monspeliensis and canyon margins having Yucca brevifolia, Y. schidigera, Juniperus, Lycium cooperi, Opuntia basilaris and Echinocereus engelmanii.
