Locality Occurs south and west of Horton Creek Campground; seeds were collected ~5-300 meters from roads extending south and west. The slope is approximately 3 degrees facing NE

HabitatSoils are moist, volcanic derived gravely sand. Plants common throughout the sampling area and occurs with Coleogyne ramosissima, Stipa speciosa, Eriogonum sp., Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata, and Prunus andersonii.
