|Notes||<coords cont.: NW1/4>; Cow pasture, open lush meadow. The cows were in the pasture south of the road to the ranch. The northeast side of the northern meadow had more recent cow activity than the northwestern side. Meadow/pasture associates had: Salix lasiolepis, S. laevigata (both heavily browsed, more so the former, because of shrubby habit). Pinus ponderosa (around the dry margins of meadow). Artemisia tridentata, A. ludoviciana, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Carex praegracilis, Juncus balticus, J. bufonius, Poa pratensis, Elymus triticoides, Taraxacum officinale, Achillea millefolium, Symphyotrichum sp., Solidago velutina californica, Cirsium vulgare, C. scariosum citrinum, Sidalcea sp., Verbascum thapsus, Ranunculus californicus, R. sceleratus, Veronica anagallis-aquatica, Lotus corniculatus, Melilotus indicus, Potentilla gracilis fastigiata, and Rumex salicifolius. Growing on dry ground, slope above pond.;|
