HabitatAt wet seep in S facing drainage, coarse granitic soils, full sun. Seep associates include: Baccharis salicifolia, Artemisia dracunculus, Acmispon heermannii var. heermannii, Mimulus pilosus, Juncus macrophyllus. Surrounding vegetayion open desert scrub/chaparral with: Atriplex canescens, Scutellaria mexicana, Salvia apiana, Ericameria linearifolia, Ephedra nevadensis, Stipa coronata, Chorizanthe xanti var xanti.
