Epilobium ciliatum subsp. glandulosum, Peter C. Hoch 1977
NotesIn damp brush and edges of meadows. Exceedingly variable. The material here distributed has pink flowers, becoming purplish, with petals 4-5 mm long, the apex usually notched rather than obcordate. At this season no turions are found, but the plants from the wettest places bear as the base a series of cotyledon-like scales. The seed sometimes narrows toward the apex, but is more commonly narrowly obovoid; it is always minutely striate-roughened. Individual local specimens are referable to many supposed species.;
