Locality Northern High Sierra Nevada. Plumas National Forest; Rogers Lake, in a bowl/cirque imbedded in steep northern slope of Red Mountain, 1.2 km south of the confluence of Little Grizzly Creek and Grizzly Creek.
Elevation 1629 m
HabitatLake mostly covered by fen, at base of steep north-facing talus and outcrop slope. Large masses of this fern abundant around bases of rocks on stable talus slope below serpentine rim, above the southwest corner of lake.
