Locality Fish Creek Wash, west of the Wind Caves, west of both connections to Loop Wash.
Elevation 190 m
HabitatAt edge of the lowest part of the wash. In sand, just above wash bottom, in sandy soil with a few pebbles mixed in. Several flowering in area and in other parts of wash. Part of robust plant with many inflorescences. Plant has strong odor. Other plants in area are Hazardia squarrosa, Psorothamnus emoryi, P. spinosus, Tidestromia oblongifolia, Ambrosia dumosa, Eriogonum sp., Camissonia claviformis.
