Part of a tangled vine sprawling over Eriogonum fasciculatum, with Agave deserti, Opuntia echinocarpa, O. bigelovii, Juniperus californica, Trixis californica, Simmondsia chinensis, Ferocactus cylindraceus, Krameria grayi, Fouquieria splendens.
