Locality Rocky hillside, north of the rock fence, about 150 yards southeast of the pump house along the Shasta River, about 1.9 miles (air) south of Highway 99/97 Cutoff, about 6 miles (air) east-southeast of Grenada.

HabitatNorthern Juniper Woodland. Normal size stems from a many stemmed plant, on dry bare soil, rocky hillside. Uncommon, only one plant seen. Flowers yellow.
