HabitatRuderal Valley Grassland; at edge of wetland drainage surrounded by development. Vernal pools 40 ft away. Dominant species: Lolium multiflorum, Erodium, Trifolium; also Dichelostemma capitatum. Plants with thousands of shoots in a patch about 10 ft X 20 ft.
